This would then increase the percentage of getting a house sold fast and for the most money - ofcourse this was also the goal of the seller, to obtain the highest price for their asset. While most real estate agent still use the "shotgun approach" - let's just throw enough and see what sticks - we went on a quest for a focused, lazer-beam, marketing strategy that would produce results; and we found it! It took us over 10 years of reading marketing books, interviewing over 200 real estate Top Producers in the nation, and personal interviews with top real estate leaders to develop the strategic systems you are about to see.
