A THANKSGIVING MESSAGE

This Thanksgiving time with everything that's happening, it may be difficult to think about being grateful, but a grateful heart under all circumstances is the key to unlock God's blessings. Our advice to you is to stay strong and stay positive. We know it's tough, especially when you watch the news or read the newspaper, but now more than ever, our attitude plays such an important role in shaping our future!

In this new economy, we'll need to improve our skills, strengthen our relationships and increase our efforts to achieve what we want to accomplish in 2009. One thing we know about this country is anything is possible and no circumstances or challenges can affect your attitude without your permission. Guard your thoughts along with your self-talk. Listen, read and study success principles.  Saturate your mind with positive information just as the news can saturate a mind with the negative. Free enterprise will always prevail. Your family and potentially thousands of others you haven't even met yet are counting on you.

Around this time of the year, we suggest you get away from the negative distractions and start reflecting on the many things to be thankful for. For some, it's the promise of a fresh beginning just around the corner – because everyone starts the New Year with a clean slate. We all have the same 24 hours in a day and 365 days of opportunities to create something huge; something that really makes a difference, something fulfilling with a purpose and something that can reward you.

Our desire is that 2009 develops into the best year of your life! It CAN happen and will happen for many of us. Our desire is that it will happen for you! For that to become a reality, it must start with you and your decision along with a positive attitude to make something great happen.

On our behalf and our three children, Anika, Amber and John, and our Team, thank you for enriching our lives this past year and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families!

OUR PRIVATE INVENTORY

    We didn't want to wait to tell you about a new inventory of homes for sale we've just created and available only to our clients doing research in any of our internet web sites. Our “Private Inventory” is a listing of homes on the market for sale on the Mississippi Gulf Coast that, for one reason or another, can not be placed on the Multiple Listing Service, or in any public viewed database such as the internet.

   Our “Private Inventory” is composed of bank owned homes, foreclosures, and homes available for “Short Sale.” Especially the Short Sales since these homes are still owned by homeowners and the bank has agreed to sell for less than what is owed. These homes are located in Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Gulfport, Gautier and d'Iberville. Because banks are willing to take a really low price, a listing price can not be given and thus not in any conventional database. In addition, right now, we have over 50 homes where homeowners are selling without representation of a real estate professional and have agreed to sell the home only through The Al & Dee Real Estate Team at a RE/MAX by the Gulf. The home you may be looking for could be in our “Private Inventory” as this inventory is updated daily when new homes are added and sold.

    As a registered guest in one of our web sites you have access to our “Private Inventory.”  Just send an e-mail (al@ringtheteam.net) telling us the location of the home you want and what amenities you want in it and we’ll search our inventory for a match.  Our “Private Inventory” homes are first listed under the city they are located, followed by the number of bedrooms, baths and square footage, then the rest of the amenities. We’ll then send you an e-mail with the address of the homes that match and, in some cases, exterior and interior photos. If you are in the area, you can drive by the home and take a look. If you want to see the inside of the home, we’ll schedule an appointment for a pre-view. We also have a section for “Investors Only Eyes Only.”

    In today’s market where there are many bank owned and repossessed homes you should be seeing every home that is for sale and search any insider’s inventory.
